Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πολύ κοντά στην κεντρική πλατεία της Ζακύνθου και στην πλάκα ΕΟΤ. Σαν δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό, αλλά επειδή ήμασταν 4 ατομα λόγω των κρεβατιών δεν υπήρχε πολύ χώρος στο δωμάτιο.
Το μπαλκόνι ήταν πολύ μικρό. Υπήρχαν καρέκλες για να κάτσεις αλλα αν έχεις τις πετσέτες για να στεγνώσουν δεν μπορείς να κάτσεις. Δεν έχει διαθέσιμο πάρκινγκ, οπότε σε περίοδους καλοκαιριού και δεδομένου ότι υπάρχει θέμα με το πάρκινγκ στο νησί ίσως χρειαστεί να παρκάρεις πιο μακριά. Στην παραλία υπάρχει δωρεάν χώρος για πάρκινγκ.
