Location
I booked through Booking.com for two adults and four children, clearly stating the total number of guests, and the reservation was accepted and confirmed. However, the suite had only one king-size bed, and the hotel said it could provide only one extra bed. At check-in, I was then told that the room could accommodate only two adults and two children. As a result, there was not enough sleeping space for everyone included in my confirmed booking, and some members of my family had to sleep on chairs and on the floor. I felt extremely uncomfortable throughout the stay and was unable to relax or enjoy it. Accepting a reservation for six guests and then failing to provide adequate sleeping arrangements was completely unacceptable. No satisfactory solution was provided, and my formal complaint to Booking.com was never answered.
