Está a pocos minutos del centro y se puede aparcar fácilmente. Está limpio y la cama es cómoda. Es silencioso. La relación calidad precio es muy buena.
No hay un sitio donde desayunar bien cerca.
La habitación muy amplia y cama cómoda, admiten mascotas pero te cobran 9 euros de suplemento.
El olor del hotel en si....es un hotel de paso de trabajadores y olía mucho a tabaco por los pasillos. Soy fumadora pero no me gustó ese olor a rancio.
“Bad guest experience due to poor automation and technology not working properly”
I liked the cleanliness and the fact that the hotel had a good working air conditioned, Salamanca is quite hot in the summer. I also liked the fact that the invoice was sent quickly (24 hours after check-out). Location close to city center is also good (and not noisy at night), for those who want to go into the city of Salamanca.
For a 3-star hotel, I expected breakfast to be available, whether included or at an additional cost. We arrived after the receptionist’s working hours. The app displayed only one room and its access code; it did not show the second room, including its number and access code. When we contacted the “AI Assistant,” it simply sent us the same link, which still did not display both rooms. Only after refreshing the link for the fourth time were we able to access the information we needed. All this happened while the family was waiting at the hotel entrance with luggage and, above all, in extreme heat. When we finally got in, we tried calling the 24/7 telephone number displayed at reception. We received a recorded message and the call was then automatically disconnected. In short: if you want to automate a service, the expectation is not only a lower price, but above all that the technology works in a reliable and efficient manner —and that there is a way to contact a real person when the technology fails. The hallways were dark, which gave my wife a "perception of insecurity" at night. The shower needs to have a (small) stack for the guest to put his own shower ammenities (soap, shampoo...). I had to close and open the shower door 3 times during my shower. Same observation to have a place where to hang clothes after showering (a couple of hangers behind the door, for instance, really not expensive...). I also suggest making it more obvious to find the wi-fi name + password (it is behind the door, in the same paper where the safety / emergency instructions are), maybe a QR code Finally, they said that parking would be available nearby. That was not the case at all: I had to drive around for 25 minutes to find a space—on a weekend, no less. We then had to leave the hotel and walk quite a long way with our luggage and a child to reach the car.
