“Великолепный отель с потрясающим гостеприимством!”
Мы приехали очень рано, около 9:00, хотя заселение только с 14:00. Нас лично встретил директор отеля Ибрагим и сразу же гостеприимно предложил позавтракать за счёт отеля, пока готовится наш номер. В итоге нас заселили раньше времени - уже около 12:00, за что отдельное огромное спасибо! Номер был очень чистый и просторный, постельное белье и полотенца меняли регулярно. Завтраки формата "шведский стол" - все очень вкусно, сытно и с большим разнообразием блюд. Персонал невероятно вежливый и отзывчивый. Директор отеля постоянно интересовался, все ли нам нравится и не нужна ли помощь. При отеле работает водитель Явер. С ним можно комфортно доехать из/в аэропорт, а также отправиться на интересные экскурсии по Баку и за город.
Недостатков нет, все было организовано на высшем уровне.

Super friendly staff, always ready to help. I arrived early in the morning and was offered breakfast & an earlier check-in. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, breakfast is various. There are restaurants & groceries (24/7) nearby.
Would be excellent to have a coffee machine in the breakfast area. The location is a little bit remote from the city center but is achievable via public transport.

Not right in the center, but taxis are inexpensive. The building is good, and the rooms are nice and comfy. It offers great value for money, and the little balcony is a great touch with unique views of Baku's distinct architectural styles. Free parking is available, and the staff is very welcoming and attentive. Breakfast had a good variety but was fairly standard.
