Not a very comfortable facility for a travelling family. That said, we appreciate the staff’s kindness to help us during the stay.
“Clean enough”
No frills roof over your head. Room was clean enough. Laundry broke halfway through so had to air-dry clothing in the room, a few items were ruined. No AC in August but we were provided a fan.
The room wasn’t cleaned very well and you can hear everyone around you. The walls are paper thin, but luckily other visitors were as mindful as they could be. Some staff are a little rude. Beds are very firm, but I prefer firm beds so it worked for me. Apart from that, it’s in an amazing area. The location by far is the best part of this place. Really close to the tram and there are a ton of cafes and pubs nearby!

This is a student housing building open to the public for limited times in the year. It is not a hotel and although it provides a lot of space and privacy for the price (~£100) a night the amenities are bare minimum, cleanliness could be a lot better. Overall it ok if you are not fuzzy about staying in a from but pricey.
