La atención del personal, especialmente Paloma la recepcionista.
La distribución de la zona de las piscinas, especialmente la zona de adultos mal acceso a los baños y al bar. El horario del sncak bar, la poca variedad, como ejemplo....no servían nada caliente por la mañana ni un sándwich, realmente lamentable para un todo incluido

Everything was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean, and the activities were enjoyable, especially for families. The breakfast was excellent, well organized, and had a good variety. We had a very pleasant stay with our family.

La piscina de los peques
Muy dejado, la comida sin más, y todas las mesas y sillas cojas y rotas, la piscina para bañarte con los peques es una parte super pequeña de la piscina de toboganes, tenia que subir escaleras con un carro de bebé para llegar al ascensor, me hicieron hacer la cola de recepcion dos veces con una cola enorme porque me obligaban a entrar con la comida, me hicieron comer y luego hacer de nuevo la cola, cuando fuimos a entrar al hotel era más de las 4 de la tarde, pero luego al salir no nos dejaron ni aprovechar el snack el ultimo dia, la animacion penosa.
