“The worst hotel I have ever stayed.”
The environment is beautiful while only the environment is good.
Especially the service! No politeness especially the concierge, I walked by while he just looked at me with no hello nor smile. I’m nothing ? You can hear the sound of door closed from other room. The noise of garbage car at 6am and then to 7:15am. Called the front desk, with a response of unconcerned sorry. A left bootle cap from last customer. No toothpaste nor toothbrush. The light cannot be turned off you have to unplug it. There is no center control system and you have to turn them off one by one. No turn down service at all. No welcome gift at all. If you ask information about brunch, they can only tell you, you could scan the code in your room. If you want to have breakfast and sit on the sofa, they asked you to leave in one hour and said there is reservation. The only qulified stuff is the door man who gives you a big smile and welcomes.
