We really liked the friendly, helpful, and supportive staff. They were always willing to assist and handled our requests with understanding, especially regarding the baby cot during the rain. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of choices. We also appreciated the quick response when we informed them about the terrace door lock.
The hotel building and some facilities are quite old and could benefit from renovation. The car park is also a little far from the hotel, which can be slightly inconvenient, especially when travelling with a small baby.
