Ich hatte das Hotel vor allem wegen seiner hervorragenden Lage nahe Discovery Cove gewählt – für mich der beste Park in Orlando. Unsere kleine Suite bot im Küchen- und Wohnbereich angenehm viel Platz; Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine und Klimaanlage funktionierten einwandfrei. Zum Glück liegt nur etwa 300 Meter entfernt der "Bonefish Grill", der zwar typisch amerikanisch eiskalt klimatisiert ist, dafür aber hervorragendes Essen bietet.
Das Badezimmer war im Verhältnis zum großzügigen Wohn- und Essbereich recht klein. Wirklich enttäuschend war jedoch das lieblose Frühstück, das ausschließlich auf Styroportellern mit Plastikbesteck angeboten wurde – eher Jugendherberge als Hotel einer großen Kette. Hätte ich das vorher gewusst, hätte ich das Hotel zu diesem Preis definitiv nicht gebucht. Auch beim Auschecken war die angeblich rund um die Uhr besetzte Rezeption zunächst zehn Minuten und bei meinem zweiten Versuch weitere fünf Minuten unbesetzt. Eine gemütliche Bar für den Tagesausklang fehlte ebenfalls; selbst das kostenlose Abendessen am ersten Abend mit Burgern, Bier und Wein wurde auf Styroportellern sowie mit Plastikbesteck und Plastikbechern serviert – uncharmanter ging es kaum.

The location right beside SeaWorld was great. The morning breakfasts each day were good. The room was just ok. The front desk staff were good.
May be funny but I found the floor bell in the elevator loud and annoying. Room 613: The bathroom door was broken and would not close or open easily without pushing or pulling hard. It's very off kilter. The lack of a clock radio was very annoying so we had to use our cell phone alarms to get us up in the mornings. The cleaning staff in the hallway were very talkative and loud with each other on Sunday morning as we tried to rest some after our very good all day VIP tours at SeaWorld on Saturday. With only 1 trash can in the suite that caused some annoyance. most other suites I've used have at least 2 with one in the bathroom. I found the snack prices to be very high. I know we all pay for convenience but the pricing was very high on some of the items. $3 for a small bag of chips...really?
