  “Good facilities and good service all around”

  The staff was good and attentive especially in the signature bar and Clark Gable bar. Sila we found especially great very observant. The facilities were great pools and beach had plenty of sunbeds and there was no one rushing to sun beds in the morning, so you could easily enjoy the morning before laying down around the pools. I’m not a big fan of buffets so would be unreasonable to be critical to the food. It was plenty of choice and reflect that the majority of guests are Turkish, Russians and German, but again not a problem for us. As any buffet I encountered in all inclusive I personally just don’t seem to fully enjoy it. It could be a bit chaotic in busy hours we found going late was the most pleasant time. Although highly recommended pastries and cake selection both in buffet and pastrie cafe. Lunch in the take away section was very good choice too. We hired a cabana on the pier and absolutely worthy a 5 star service we only regret not doing a few more days there. The facilities in general was really good and we enjoyed every minute. On my wife’s birthday we got a cake and some sparkling wine delivered to the door a very nice surprise, and much appreciated. A bonus to customer relation manager who went around asking guests how they felt was nice to see. No nagging in the shops was also much appreciated. There are some markets near by that typically do that if one find that enjoyable. Personally i found stop by a normal grocery store instead more pleasant.

  This doesn’t affect our score at all, but it’s more a tip for management. Our room was fantastic when we came, and I suspect this was only our floor, but the cleaning was not really done through our stay. It was basically a short tidy on the bed and towels folded. Cups simply left out and same marks on the floor. The fridge was randomly stocked etc.. It didn’t impact our stay, but could probably do with some random spot checks during stays from a manager. This is not a complaint on the behalf of all rooms just the room we stayed in its important to point out. We noticed other cleaners were busy and seemed hard working.

  We spent 4 nights, but only when u spend 5 nights that you are eligible to reserve in the “à la carte” restos. This was never mentioned. But the food in Angel and everywhere else was so good that it didnt affect the experience… thanks Kirman.
