We booked a duplex room with outdoor space which we didn’t have. Told it was an upgrade but it was definitely not. Meant we had to swap rooms twice. Not ideal

I loved my stay at La Fiermontina. From the moment I mentioned that I had stayed at their other property in Morocco, the team made me feel truly welcomed and surprised me with a complimentary upgrade to Suite Antonia, which was wonderful. The property is beautiful, elegant, and full of soul. One unforgettable highlight was the exceptional museum tour given by the owner, who shared a moving story of love, passion, madness, and forgiveness through beautifully curated artwork. Dinner was also a great experience, with Alessandro taking wonderful care of us, and Francesca was simply amazing, solving everything in real time with warmth and efficiency.
I wish the spa was at the property.
