洗手台沒熱水，走廊上的燈還一閃一閃，走廊漏水，有掛牌子沒清潔，一樓的路還很多坑洞積水
員工服務態度很好，親切友善， 早餐很好吃，美味乾淨一人一份， 有提供泡麵水餅乾飲料即溶咖啡， 房價低CP值高！
房間地板不乾淨，走路有沙沙的感覺， 浴室沒有乾濕分離，洗澡完馬桶全濕了！

離台鐵科工館站及輕軌站很近，附近有便利商店蠻方便的，入住及退房時間不錯時間夠長，室內居住空間大，有提供早餐、房間內有小零食及泡麵可食用
設備老舊，進房就會聞到煙味如果敏感的人可能要考慮一下，雖然房間有浴缸但放水會從打氣泡的孔洩掉，導致無法順利泡澡，另外雖然是汽車旅館但進出的通道太窄，在裡面要迴轉也是比較辛苦的
位置離火車站非常近；整潔度不錯，沒有發現特別髒亂的部份；冷氣開關沒有綁定房卡，可以預先冷房
一進房門就聞到濃濃的菸味先扣分；浴缸大小不知道是否是因為經濟房型所以較小，按摩浴缸按鈕非常難押，一度懷疑是不是壞掉了；隔音效果不好，早上還在睡覺就聽到退房旅客的聲音及送早餐推車的聲響；早餐沒有設置專屬平台供放置，必須在員工送餐按門鈴後開門自取，有點麻煩；雙人床是由兩張單人床併成，中間有明顯落差
