Only location and staff are welcoming
To be honest the hotel should be 4 Stars not sure how become 5 Stars. No Vale Parking, so you park by your self. No one show up on main door to take the bags. The service room not cleaning well and they do not respect if there is people incide or not they open the door two time while i was incide with my family although the smart card was punch and incide the reader so no privacy at all. The booking was Suit for Honey Moon for two people with all breakfast, Lunch, and dinner in Executive loungh Room, however no service in loungh room and only open Boufih no menue at all. Moreover, the roub and towel only available for one person i have told them many times we are two and they confirmed in the booking for two but after cleaning they keep only one person so I do not recommend. Note the staff are very quit and polit and i did asked them many times but the change on the same time then we go back with the same issue. So i do not recommend them go to 3 star same location. The location is good at it is lined to Graden Musqat mall
