Extrem freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, das einen stets mit kleinen Extras/Snacks überraschte. Sehr angenehm temperierter und großer privater Pool, viel Platz im Bungalow selbst, welcher ruhig gelegen ist und Dank Fahrservice schnell die Innenstadt erreicht werden konnte.

Era cómodo, la atención del personal excelente y la piscina privada fue un lujo. Además te traían fruta recién cortada cuando llegabas al alojamiento.
El conductor que nos recogió en el aeropuerto fue un auténtico aprovechado. Nada más recogernos empezó a intentar organizarnos la ruta por Camboya. Como trabajaba con el hotel y el propio hotel nos había dado una tarifa, aceptamos que fuera él. De hecho, el primer día ya estaba esperándonos en la puerta a las 5 de la mañana. El problema llegó el segundo día. Aceptamos volver a ir con él para recuperar algunos de los lugares que no habíamos podido visitar el día anterior por la lluvia, ya que desde el hotel nos habían dicho que la ruta era flexible. Sin embargo, a la hora de la verdad, nada de eso. Aunque el recorrido que hicimos fue más corto que el previsto, el conductor intentó cobrarnos 20 dólares más de lo acordado: quería cobrarnos 50 dólares en lugar de los 30 pactados por ese día. Nos pareció totalmente injusto y, por supuesto, se nos quitaron las ganas de seguir visitando templos. Solo queríamos volver al hotel cuanto antes. Antes de pagar, hablamos con una trabajadora de las villas para explicarle la situación y preguntarle si realmente correspondía cobrar 20 dólares más por un recorrido incluso más corto. Finalmente, confirmó que no: el precio acordado era de 30 dólares por el día, no 50. Además, me olvidé un pañuelo en uno de los templos y, cuando se lo comenté, no mostró ninguna intención de darse la vuelta para intentar recuperarlo ni de buscar una solución. Simplemente no le dio ninguna importancia. Nuestra experiencia con él fue muy mala y sentimos que intentó aprovecharse de nosotros. Si os toca con él (voy a ser más respetuosa de lo que él fue con nosotros y no voy a poner su nombre) recomendamos dejar muy claro desde el principio el precio y el recorrido y no aceptar cambios o recomendaciones sin confirmarlos previamente con el hotel.
