מקום נקי ומפנק בלב הפועם של מדריד על הגראן ויה. ארוחת בוקר מאוד טעימה ומגוונת. השירות יוצא דופן . ספא מושלם עם טיפולים נהדרים. ממש תמורה הוגנת למחיר.
The hotel is clean with good location. However, the hotel’s management needs to be aware of flexibility for check in and check out times. Especially when it is not affecting other people’s experience. If the hotel is willing to charge an extra fee for a late check out, then they definitely don’t care about the next customer if any. Furthermore, they requested for a deposit fee which doesn’t make sense. Especially when you ask for it after making the full payment of the stay during check in. This is not mentioned in any of the booking details through booking.com not the confirmation email. Unfortunately, management needs further improvement to qualify for a 5 star hotel.
