Die Lage ist zentral und könnte nicht besser sein, die Geschichte des Hauses ist beeindruckend. Das Zimmer groß, hell und mit Blick auf die Heiliggeistkirche.
Das Frühstück war etwas chaotisch, da das Restaurant aktuell geschlossen ist sind die Abläufe etwas improvisiert. Wir mussten teilweise recht lange auf Brot/Brötchen, Butter und Kaffee warten. Nachdem wir gemeldet hatten, dass die im Zimmer vorhandene Toilettenbürste nicht nutzbar ist da der Griff abgebrochen war wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass dies bekannt sei, wir ja nur eine Nacht da seien und daher keine Lösung zur Verfügung stünde. Finde ich für ein Haus in dieser Klasse etwas unglücklich gelöst.

Gret location. its closing for major renovations next month so any issues we had will no doubt be addressed. Hopefully they retain the wonderful ambience of the main parts of the building.

“Excellent location but tired hotel”
Location was perfect. Right in the middle of the old town with everything walkable from the front door.
I appreciate it’s an old property and it was a lovely building but it’s in need of an upgrade and more attention to detail. The curtain was hanging off the rail and bathroom fittings were broken. While appeared clean on the surface, the carpets are badly stained and need replaced. For some reason the fridge in the room was locked so we couldn’t use it to keep water cool.
