  Je souhaite vous faire part de mon vive mécontentement quant au manque de confort et de propreté de la chambre qui m'a été attribuée. J'ai constaté plusieurs dysfonctionnements majeurs dès mon arrivée : Propreté globale : La chambre n'était pas propre à mon prise de possession. Équipements de la chambre : Le rideau de la chambre est cassé et hors d'usage. Salle de bain : La douche ne comporte aucune paroi de protection, ce qui provoque des inondations lors de son utilisation. De plus, le robinet n'est pas fixé correctement et bouge excessivement, rendant son utilisation très difficile. Ces manquements ne correspondent pas aux standards de qualité et de service attendus.
