“A perfect stay and amazing staff!”
Beautiful with charm all over. Simple luxury, with impeccable grounds. Loved that there are 2 pools, one for adults only, which was fantastic. Buffet breakfast was completely amazing with something for everyone. The quality of ingredients the best. Our room was a very good size with views to the pool and old town. While not ultra luxury, it was very well appointed. I’d call it simple luxury. We used the spa facilities multiple times. It was that good! Highly recommended. The location of the hotel is superb! Close to everything within a very short walk yet within a distance to be peaceful and quiet. The beach access was also great. Club has good facilities and we liked the beach very much. Me missed the shuttle and took a cab. Ride was so cheap so don’t let the shuttle be a pressure factor. Saving the best for last. Hard to find the rigor words to describe just how amazing all the staff were at the hotel. It was always genuine kindness and always with a beautiful smile. On the service level, probably the best we’ve ever received, and we,ve stayed before at Peninsula’s, Four Seasons, St. Regis… you won’t go wrong choosing this hotel.
“Fabulous stay, loved it!”
This is a traditional hotel in decor with a lovely garden. The breakfast was vey good with a wife choice off options to suit all tastes. What made this hotel exceptional was the staff, they were really friendly and helpful and made a real effort to ensure that you enjoyed your stay . Would definitely stay here again.

Rivertown HoiAn is ideally located a short walking trip out of Old Town - far enough away from the hustle but close enough to walk to all the action. The facilities are amazing and the staff are second to none.
