Excellent value for money in a very expensive location for Australians. Very good breakfast included and a three course dinner available at a very affordable price for the area.

On bus root. Large building. Plenty on space. Very clean. Free lift pass in September. Great for walking. Only 5 minute walk from lake and 10 minute walk from supper market.
