Location, cleanliness and general state of the apartment was fantastic. It's spacious and modern.
The couch is tired and well worn. Bathrooms are a little outdated but perfectly functional and had no cringe elements. Toilet seat was worn and should be replaced. The apartment was very cold but the aircon helped with that.
