Poor service.and food
The TV remote control was not working and was not replaced even after my request, the lid on the toilet seat was not secured,which caused it moving every time it was used.The light in the bathroom is very poor. The tea kettle is placed on the fridge, so in order the to use it you need either to move the fridge or look for another outlet. There were ants in the room too. Very very disappointed. 5Stars? Really?

Beautiful building . Great location. Good breakfast. Bath room very small. Mattress very bad and uncomfortable . Blankets small . Left the hotel one day early due to bed
