  We didn’t get a baby cot which made me crazy. But there was a guy at the reception who did his best with various options and suggestions. They moved the bed, added pillows. I believe he deserves a bonus :)

  Kids playground should be cleaned! And for gods sake buy more baby beds

  “Bon hôtel.”

  La gentillesse du personnel, le rooftup et l’odeur de citron qui parfume l’atmosphère.

  La piscine laiteuse et l’eau non limpide. Problème de gestion de l’eau.

  Super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Man hat sich sehr Willkommen gefühlt und Wünsche wurden fast bevor man sie hatte schon erfüllt. Toller Wellnessbereich mit sehr guter Massage und einem Pool im obersten Stock. Wir haben auch den Waschservice genutzt, da unsere Wandverkleidung vom Jungle sehr dreckig war. Die Sachen kamen perfekt sauber und gefaltet zurück.

  Einige Essensportionen fürs Abendessen waren doch recht klein.
