“Disappointing”
Very clean room and bathroom. Plenty of Heating on a very cold day. Lovely roomy space in restored old building. Very pleasant and helpful female manager tried to help us . Language barrier did not help.
No TV reception over two days and nights because of weather which had blown down the old inadequate aerial. We were not offered any compensation even though the horrible weather meant we had to stay in our room all afternoon and evening with no TV or Radio. Some compensation would be good for customer relations.
Gorgeous old world building with a taste of history
Not really a problem unless you have walking difficulties, but no lift, only stairs, which is quite understandable in a 115 year old building
