Nice hotel, good location
The owner and staff were very helpful and any issues we had were resolved immediately. Great facility.
Property was not great. But the staff were absolutely fantastic!!! They were most helpful and outstanding. It is not their fault the property is the way it is. It was cleaned to the best possible but fixtures and furniture need major upgrading.

Great location, excellent service and very friendly and serviceminded staff. Hotel Vacanza is not a luxury Hotel by European standards, but it's nice and clean, have OK shower facilities, spacy rooms and comfortable beds. The staff is great and very helpful - also in organising safaris, taxi pick ups etc. Breakfast is very good. Location is great - literally 1 minute walk and you are on the central part of Mirissa Beach.
