We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location was excellent, and the view from our rooms was absolutely marvelous. The rooms was very clean and comfortable, and the beach was nice and enjoyable. The animation team was fantastic and really made our stay more fun and enjoyable. Almost all of the staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. They were always ready to assist whenever we needed anything. Overall, we had a great experience and truly enjoyed our stay.
The food was unfortunately a major disappointment. The way it was prepared needed significant improvement. We and other guests also had an unpleasant experience with the chef responsible for the snacks, whose attitude toward guests was not professional or welcoming.
