“Dirtiest room I’ve ever been in”
Honestly where to start, check in was done by what looked like a teenager, no bar or restaurant. Went to the room and instantly hit with a strong smell of smoke (like someone had been chain smoking in it all week. We were only staying for work the next day so we cracked open all the windows and put the fan on. Hoping to air it out. Now we aren’t fussed about where we stay and for £80 weeks wasn’t expecting anything magnificent but the carpet was filthy, had holes in the mismatch furniture and walls, the bath tub was grim (no plug also) went to pick up a towel and it was stained. We spent 15-20 mins in the room and honestly couldn’t bare to stay here. My wife summed it up like it could’ve been a crack den. It was awful. We left the keys and said why we were leaving. We have since tried to receive a refund through here and booking.com but they don’t answer the phone. Would be better off sleeping in your car, if I had the pictures of the room id share but didnt even want to be in there a moment longer
Good parking, wifi was ok.
Bed was uncomfortable and the en suite was very small.
