So regret to choose this hotel, my fault not really take look for rooms size. With same rate I can stay at copthorne 4 star very spacious room. Room too small, not comfortable for stay.
“Poor rating”
1/ I surprised when check in that the room I selected "family deluxe" very bad smell as no windows and narrow at the corner inside old building. This information must be mentioned and clear in website of hotel.com to avoid it at all. so I rejected and asked to upgrade to family suite with additional amount RM 77. 2/ The breakfast is basic and need to have more choices In addition need to improve it. 3/ some ants and died cockroach had seen around the beds
