Location, staff friendly & helpful: Ali was the perfect concierge, very knowledgable and booked the things I needed, and the housekeeping was stellar: Fatima was very attentive to my requests. The size of the suite, with 3 bathrooms was a dream for 2 people who appreciate privacy. We loved the views from the 20th floor, room service was prompt, breakfast options, dining at Aila, all the amenities were lovely. Oh, and the car service we used many times we found useful and reasonable. But to me the most important thing is truly a comfortable nights sleep and the beds were WONDERFUL.
