The hotel is clean, but unfortunately the service upon arrival was disappointing. I had a visitor staying for only two hours, yet we were told to immediately remove his car from the hotel parking and leave it outside on the street, otherwise security would report it. I understand parking policies, but this could have been handled in a more respectful and welcoming way.

1. The four EV chargers in the parking were a great value. 2. The staff were great, especially the housekeeping. Harris, at reception, was a great help. 3. Free water refills were another value item. 4. They also allowed Talabat riders to come up to our room for added convenience. 5. The room itself was cozy and clean - really liked its design theme. 6. The washroom was spacious and well-stocked. 7. Room sockets were universal and had ports for USB and HDMI.
1. The underground parking wasn't spacious enough, I think it can accommodate a max 50-60 cars on a good day. On 2 of the nights, the underground parking was full. We managed to get in because they saved 2 of the 4 EV spots. The other two spots unfortunately had ICE cars. 2. The TVs aren't smart, they use some sort of a commercialized casting app that has a lot of ads and becomes jittery after a while with picture breaking/sound distortion. If you plan to stay here and enjoy the TV, it is better to bring a HDMI cable and hook it up to the wall socket near the bed. 3. The room thermostat didn't honor our set temperature of 23 and always went down to 20-21. 4. The pool closed at 8 pm, which is too early. It was also like 1.2m deep throughout, no graduation or deep end. 5. The gym was decently equipped, but again felt too cramped.
