A great location, comfortable beds, and helpful staff. A pram was provided free of charge for our stay and concierge was excellent.
Parking was not included in the fee but the cost was minimal.

The property is in a good location and walking distance to many restaurants and sights including transport. The property was clean and had spacious rooms. Pool and spa was great. Fresh sweet mango at breakfast
The breakfast is very average for a 4 or 5 star hotel. The eggs were not cooked fresh and limited options. There was not a big selection of dishes and the juices tasted like cordial. I also had an issue with the male staff touching my clothes in the laundry which included my under garments it was very disrespectful. The clothes dryer had stopped and I was only 5-10 min late so it was uncalled for. I had a lock on it and they still broke into my machine.

The location of the hotel is perfect so you can really reach most of the attraction by foot or by bus/ Yui Rail. The room was large, nice and clean: perfect for any couples. Totally recommended!
