  “Disappointing overall. When you are paying top dollar I expect more”

  Only the location and the comfortable bed. The L’Occitane products were excellent

  Property is in need of major renovation. Our bathroom had water damage and really struggled to close the sliding door. The lighting to enter and exit the property was so dark. Lobby carpet squares a trip hazard. The room did not have glasses or proper china cups to drink your coffee in. I was so disappointed that this hotel is a four star hotel. I wouldn’t even give it a 2 star.

  “2泊で63000円の価値はない。”

  場所と、シービューのお部屋だったので、眺めは良かった。ハウスキーパーの女性の挨拶が明るく素晴らしかった。

  お部屋の内装など全てが古くメンテナンスされていない。床、キズだらけ。私の泊まった部屋の扉の覗き穴になぜかティッシュがねじ込まれていた。防音がほぼ無い。向かいの部屋のバタンバタンが丸聞こえ。部屋が臭い。タオルもガサガサで臭い。バスローブはヨレヨレ。冷蔵庫には水2本のみ。モーニングの内容味が酷い。良いとの口コミは嘘。麺を茹でるシェフの態度も横柄。1日目、2日目内容全く同じ。品数は日本のビジネスより少ない。日本語対応となっていたが、始めから英語オンリーで、分からなかった部分で、こちらが首をかしげると、隣の男性がなんだか偉そうに、ご署名をしてください！と一言。それを凄いと！と雑談する女性フロントも意味がわからなかった。男性話せるならなぜ男性が説明しないのか？ホテル案内に日本語対応なしと明示すべき。日本語対応なしなら2泊もこちらを選ばなかった。前泊した西面の老舗ホテルは日本語できちんと対応して下さり、とても気持ち良かった。新羅は老舗ホテルではなかったんですね。
