“Un hôtel moyen avec une procédure de réservation de la chambre très compliquée”
Le personnel était très bien, le Wi-Fi aussi. Il y a une piscine qui est ouverte uniquement pendant la période d'été. Beaucoup des magasins autour de l'hôtel. Possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner dans l’hôtel mais il faut l'annoncer un jour auparavant.
Le prix du petit déjeuner est trop haut. Le quartier n'est pas le meilleur. Beaucoup de restaurants et bruit pendant la nuit. Le prix de la chambre par nuit est totalement exagéré. Réservation de la chambre: l'hôtel ne charge pas directement sur la carte de crédit avec laquelle on a fait la réservation. Dès lors, il t'envoie un e-mail pour faire le paiement 2 semaines auparavant. Lorsque j'ai reçu le e-mail, j'ai cru que c'est une arnaque. Puis j'ai appelé l'hôtel vérifier si c'est bien eux qui ont envoyé l'e-mail. J’ai dû acquitter en avance la chambre sous peine d'annulation de la réservation. Après paiement, ils m'ont dit qu'ils se sont trompés sur le montant. J'ai dû faire un deuxième paiement. Les autres hôtels débitent directement sur la carte avec laquelle on a fait la réservation sur booking. Pas cet hôtel. Cette façon de faire est très désagréable. Je ne pense pas revenir dans cet hôtel et je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

Good location and very friendly staff. The room was basic / a bit small. Nice pool area on the roof.
Can’t say anything negative about the hotel but it did not leave any ”wow effect”.
