Location is great
The air conditioning not working went to reception for help wasn't sorted out. I couldn't sleep. Rude staff I guess, too tired. She just decided not to reply me. (Maria). I have the right to question things that I don't understand but she didn't like it. For that reason wouldn't recommend.

Gute Lage zu den Victoria Falls. Nachts war es ruhig, während tagsüber permanenter Hubschrauber Lärm die Erholung wesentlich beeinträchtigt.
Trotz bestätigten, early Checkin mussten wir 1 Stunde auf das Zimmer warten. Außerdem wollte das Hotel eine um 3 % höhere Vergütung für den mit Booking.com bereits fest vereinbarten Preis haben. Im Übrigen sind die Preise im Restaurant überhöht gewesen. Das Frühstück war ausgesprochen mittelmäßig und das Personal absolut unfreundlich. Ein Cappuccino sollte beim Frühstück zusätzlich fünf Dollar kosten.
Hotel was delightful and the staff were great - really friendly and hospitable
Breakfast service was a little slow to get coffee and order cooked breakfast - maybe understaffed, but quality was good
