Amazing stay and we were sad to leave! Arthur was a great host, helping us with transport to and from the station as well as giving us fantastic recommendations of where to eat and visit. We came without an itinerary amd he sat down with us and showed us all the hot spots to visit on a map which framed our visit well. We recieved a complementary upgrade to the royal suite which was a very pleasant and unexpected surprise but the suite was amazing, with a chandelier in the middle of the room. The best was comfortable, the room was very clean, and the bathroom was luxurious. There was a complementary coffee machine with a variety of pods to use. The boutique itself is well centered and walking distance to all major sites which is a plus. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting verona!

I liked the attentiveness of the staff, making sure my arrival, stay and departure went as smoothly as possible. The location is terrific. The hotel is beautiful decorated and a pleasure to be in. And the breakfast was great. Oh, and thereβs a small gym too which I was able to use.

Fantastic hotel, beautiful room one of the best ever stayed in.
Although breakfast was served in the room the menu choice was over complicated, one should assume you want milk with cereal or butter with bread. However it was spectacularly laid out by the server⦠we were literally treated like royalty
