Thermal pools are great but room is very dated and spa in our room was so dingy looking we didn’t use it. Not surprising the Room smelt musty since it’s carpeted and spa in back. Room was clean, bed was fine.
Room was nice and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. There is a small dairy and take away shop within a few minutes walk. I used my private spa pool and the main pools during my time. FYI, not a big deal to me, but in the private room you can only access the water for the spa tub between 7:30-9:30am, then again at 2:30-11:00 pm. But the main pools are open so...I did like that it was adult only! It was very relaxing and I would stay again.
Lovely room with a great view..decent size and setup..clean..bonus of a natural mineral spa and outside deck..
A great place the stay. My only niggle was with the shower gel and no shampoo
Staff was so lovely on check in. Amazing lady. So welcoming and friendly. The pools in room again amazing. Only downside is the rooms are smaller than expected but the beds … the most comfy sleep I’ve ever had
