“Excelent location, gorgeous views, amazing staff. Can't wait to visit again!”
The location was fantastic, as it was right on the Wharf, so there was plenty to see and do. The hotel staff were amazing and upgraded my room for my husband and my wedding anniversary. We had booked a room with the wharf view but they gave us a river view with a balcony. Walking into the room the first time and every day after was such a treat. It was just perfect for our anniversary. Before our stay, I had been in touch with Shujaat Khan-the chief concierge who helped coordinate prior arrangements like getting our room decorated. Shujaat demonstrated genuine care and an exceptional level of customer service. We were provided complimentary treats to mark the occasion. Trey at the front desk was especially helpful and friendly always made us feel welcome and looked after. We will certainly be staying again.
I didn't dislike anything. The only thing I can say is that it should be clear to customers with rooms that include breakfast that breakfast has a certain value, and beyond that, the customer will need to pay. We found this out when we were checking out. We were also told that we would receive our depositi 4-5 weeks later, but we're still waiting for it :)
“Great massage and spa lounge”
We did not stay at the hotel but used the spa. Phides understood the assignment. Great massage with expert knowledge of how muscles work. Relaxing but technical. The lounge area is a plus. You can relax before and after, with great views of the water, tea and snacks.
