l’accoglienza è ottima, le lavoratrici sono state super disponibili. le camere molto pulite e curate.
La camera ( accesibile per disabili) si presentava con componenti usurati, porta di difficile apertura/chiusura; odori sgradevoli in bagno e carenza di portasciugamani. L'accoglienza e i rapporti con il personale sono stati buoni e cortesi. Molto utile il parcheggio.

We stayed in 31/12 . It was a pleasant experience . In the room we found some chocolates and a welcome bottle of prosecco . Very friendly staff . Clean rooms . Thank you so much to all the Staff ! And happy new Year !
“Great location and very helpful staff”
Five-ten minutes by car from the city center of Sienna.The breakfast was plentiful and varied We had a decent sized room and it was nice and cool. My wife was a bit sick and they were super helpful. They gave us tea and lots of cold water and no extra charge.
