Obsługa Pani w barze, nieszczęśliwa blondynka, że musi cokolwiek a goście sprowadzani do roli petenta jak za komuny. Słaba komunikacja w języku angielskim. Brak zamiany na pokój junior Suit - pomimo, że zapewniono nas mailowo, że z okazji urodzin tak będzie. Wytłumaczono mi to błędem translatora - zatem punkt z angielską komunikacją bardziej niż realny. Śniadania okropne, a kawa to żart. Szkoda kasy. Płacąc niewiele więcej można mieć hotel w centrum z fajnym spa.
