“Was good, everything”

Very good location, central and lively. The hotel is of a good three-star standard.
Breakfast was served at a neighbouring five-star hotel a few doors down. Unfortunately, there was no breakfast buffet. The staff made a real effort to provide an upscale level of service. Personally, however, I found the fussiness and the overly formal politeness a bit too much.
The location is right in the middle of everything. The staff were so attentive & nothing was ro much trouble. Roof top was a nice bonus.
Room had no outside windows but did have a window looking into hotel courtyard.
“Fantastic lovcation, spacious and well designed room”
Great location, spacious rooms. Overall very friendly staff
Service was unfortunately very slow at breakfast (the last was great though when present). Our breakfast on the first day took was nearly two ours in total and drinks were served just before we left. The floor in front of our room (staircase) was painted during our stay but the signage was placed on the wrong side leading to us stepping in to the paint. The bathroom was not fully closed which can be a bit uncomfortable in a twin room.
“Valetta Little Gem”
We were very happy with our 10-day stay at this hotel. Reception staff were very helpful, polite, efficient and knowledgeable about the area. The restaurant staff at AX Rosselli where we got our daily breakfast, were polite, very helpful, friendly & efficient. The standard of their service met the Five Stars Hotel service. We like having our breakfast on the outdoor/street terrance despite slight busy with morning delivery traffic but also had a choice of indoor area & courtyard. Continental Breakfast were plentiful with choice of cooked eggs. Our "Superior room" was at the front and on the top floor. It was spacious with adequate storage space with daily spotless cleaning. We had two balconies but are not suitable to relax with a drink or a cup of coffee at the end of the busy day or morning. The room can be noisy at night due to few bars with musical 'live' bands and stopped by Midnight. We had a pit stop at the AX Roselli's Roof top Cocktails bar with lovely views over the bay. We love the hotel location within walking distance to major tourist attractions, restaurants, bars, bus and ferry terminals hence was the reason to choose this hotel for our first visit to Malta, enjoying Malta'sValletta historical buildings, culture, ambienct and vibes. We will stay here again.
