Exceptionally welcoming and hospitable staff who were happy to go above and beyond to help. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable with balcony views of the Pamukkale travertine. TOP location and surprisingly quiet. We walked to eat at local restaurants and it's only a 3-5 minute walk to the city gate entrance to the Pamukkale terraces and Hierapolis which opened at 8am (we bought tickets online the night before). They offered parking for our hire car and that worked well. The swimming pool is gorgeous and well-maintained. I enjoyed a refreshing swim. Breakfast buffet was good, with a range of juices, teas and lovely fresh fruit, though cooking staff didn't seem to have allergy/intolerance training so I was careful (gluten and lactose).
A small thing but all the linen and towels had a VERY strong laundry soap smell. It's lovely that everything is clean but too much soap is being used (or insufficiently rinsed). Cleaning staff sometimes forgot that guests are sometimes resting during the day and would occasionally shout to each other across the building. Small issues and we still loved our stay.

Very kind host. He took care of storing our bags from the morning even though check-in was at 2:00 PM. When we left, he personally accompanied us to the bus stop and brought breakfast forward just for us. Small things that say a lot about a great person.
Great location, very close to the site. Good restaurants nearby, a nice pool, and very friendly staff.
The condition of the property is poor. The windows were covered with panels, and overall the place needs a thorough renovation.
