βConvenient, comfortable and cleanβ
This is a room only place, but really easy access to numerous options for food and coffee. It was also very well situated for arrival by bus or ferry into Old Town. The room was spacious and (once I found it) the aircon worked well. The bathroom was clean and functional and there was a convenient lift to get luggage up and down. The access was easy
Please update your in-room information. I really though I had until midday to vacate the room and appreciated the flexibility of the host when I was a little late.

Location was great.
I expected the bed would be made and towels changed during a 3 night stay. Other than a request for passport details by WhatsApp there was no staff contact at all.

A wonderful place to stay in Zadar! The location is unbeatableβright in the heart of the Old Town, with all the main attractions within walking distance. The rooms are exceptionally clean and cosy, and the building also has a lift. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend it!
