The location. It's very convenient. Strategically placed along k road. It's very near anywhere. The check-in process was quick, easy and straightforward.
The doors close too loud. The pre-check in email links were broken. They need to fix that as I got confused. Otherwise everything was streamlined

We had a great stay at Haka House K'Road. The property was exceptionally clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. We also really appreciated the excellent security and convenient location, especially as we were attending a show at The Studio nearby. For an older property, it is incredibly well maintained, and we loved hearing a little of the building's history from the staff. It was also great that everyone respected the 10pm quiet-time rule, which made for a peaceful night's sleep.
Our only minor issue was that the bathroom drains in our private room were quite slow to drain. Otherwise, we had no complaints at all and were very happy with our stay.
