The property is in a good location, and the person who welcomes you at the front gate is very friendly. However, after that, you may feel disappointed.
The reception staff are not very friendly, and you don’t receive proper updates or clear answers to your questions. The check-in process is also very lengthy, and there is little communication about what is happening. Regarding cleanliness, only one towel was provided, and the WC was not up to the expected standard. There was a noticeable urine smell in the bathroom, which made the overall stay less pleasant.
