Great location! 1 minute walk to Old Town, about 10 minutes walk to the beach. Hemingway Bar is lively. Breakfast is cery good with great views of the water and Old Town.

Location and Staff, especially Mr Zalatko and Ivana. However, staff seems handicapped against premisesβ cost saving policies. They had only one excuse that itβs a Botique hotel hence our service standards are low. So accept it @ 5 Star Staring Price.
TOTALLY NOT RECOMMENDED FOR HIGH END GUESTS. @β¬300/night, Small rooms There was no iron, no complimentary water, no coffee green tea etc. Tissue papers were absent in the room and bathroom. On demand, they provided us with hand drying paper towels in place of tissues papers. Fridge was at least 30 years old which hardly cooled and never froze. Vault was found opened & locked and hence could not be used. Was not fixed even after 3 days. Bathroom amenities were very low standard and smelled really bad. Towels were very old and totally worn out. We booked a master bed and were told de by Mr Zaltko at check in but it were two single beds combined which slipped on wooden floor even with a slightest movement on the bed hence we could not sleep properly all three nights We paid around β¬ 300/night but services and THE BUILDING ITSELF WAS NEVER MORE THAN 3 STAR. No Value for Money. As per services and premises, ITS A 3 STAR OUTFIT and Itβs actual price should be β¬100-120 in season and β¬80-100 off season.

Wery nice room, well equipped, closet big enough for all clothes. The bed is huge and the bedding is clean and fresh, though the mattress is on the harder side of softness spectrum, if you like it better; pillows are basic. Balconies should be nice, but our room did not have one. The view from our window was towards the beautiful mountains, however immediately under it are a couple of restaurants and the main street that can become quite noisy on Friday nights. But windows have impressive insulation and block most of it well enough. Staff was very polite and helpful during the whole stay. Room is tidied every day while you're away and respects "do not disturb" sign, if you prefer. AC, essential for summer, works well, has precise temperature control, and is quiet enough to not disturb the sleep. Wifi worked with no issues. Bathroom is large, with walk in shower and sink drawers, very clean with a variety of good quality products. Was a pleasure to use after coming from the beach, though the drying radiator seemed to be off for some reason. Breakfast is served on a terrace with a gorgeous view, fixed menu, but has enough options to keep you full for the better part of the day: eggs, omlettes, fruits, sandwiches, granola and coffee with croissant. Restaurant/Bar is cozy, has a good variety of meals and drinks, however may become crowdy and loud at times. Great location right next to the old town and private beaches, for which complimentary fresh towels are available to borrow every day free of charge. Kiosks and shops with basic products, souvenir and grocery shops are within walking distance, accept cards everywhere. Hotel transfer to and from the airport may be a bit more expensive, than ordering via booking or local taxi app, but is perfectly on time and driver waiting in the lobbie. Lunch box option for early check-out is available.
Breakfast variation is limited to mostly carbs, no vegetables, so might be an issue if you're keeping tabs on your calories/diet. Complimentary water in the room would be nice. If hard mattresse for you is an issue, might have to lay down some spare blankets. In general the hotel might seem a bit too expensive, but everything in Budva is with such tourists number..
