The staff were very polite and professional and the hotel is conveniently located relatively close to the bustling centre, where all the restaurants and shops are located. The hotel was also very clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a nice variety available, although we have liked a few more continental options (scrambled eggs, for example). But perfectly acceptable with new things we took advantage to try (broths, stirfries, etc.).
The airconditioning did not work properly and was quite noisy. The wifi in the room was also not that great, I had to hot spot a few times com my computer.
