“Worst place I've ever stayed”
It was a nice room and I enjoyed the view
The room wasn't cleaned before we checked in, it was disgusting and made us uncomfortable. The room also didn't get cleaned until around 4.30 in the afternoon which is 2.5 hours after check in, and the cleaners came in while we were trying to get ready for a concert, we were uncomfortable and ended up getting ready in the common area to get out of their way. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. They also refused any compensation for the inconvenience.
