The views are beautiful The swimming pools were great One of their drivers who took us around the island was great.
The service was really hit and miss. The food was mostly terrible. Unless you have a bike you have to rely on their transport service which was not transparent at all. One short trip they quoted 100k then said oh actually it’s 150k then when we arrived the driver said that’s 250k. When we checked, they had edited the WhatsApp message to say 250k after we agreed. When we raised it they did acknowledge they had done this and gave us the 100k back in cash, but this left a very bad taste. The shuttle driver ran over a puppy dog when taking us to the boat which was pretty traumatising for me as it could have been avoided but they chose not to. We had a terrible smell from our drains two days in a row. The first day we asked someone to come and have a look, which they did but basically just sprayed a load of chemicals. They disposed of things that weren’t rubbish.
