Unfortunately, we were unable to stay at this hotel. After inspecting the accommodation, we found numerous stains and greasy marks on various surfaces, which we documented with photographs. We asked for another suitable two-room accommodation, but the administrator told us that no other one was available. Later, in written correspondence, the hotel claimed that another suitable option had been available, which directly contradicted what we were told at the property. As a result, we had to urgently move to another hotel and pay for accommodation again. There, for a slightly lower price, we received clean and comfortable rooms that fully met our normal expectations. What disappointed us most was not simply that a problem occurred, but how it was handled. We were initially very understanding and genuinely tried to resolve the situation amicably, but no refund was provided. I hope the hotel learns from this experience and improves both its cleanliness standards and the way it handles problems when they arise.
The style of the hotel is cool, breakfast is good. Lady receptionist is also kind and 24 hours reception is good. The room size is also very good.
The guy behind the desk sounded and appeared unfriendly. The beds were not comfortabke and the shower was broken, thus working only halfly. Also the bathroom is very outdated and damages are not repaired. For a four star hotel I exoected better
Удачное расположение в Сабуртало. До метро Технический университет 500 метров (5 минут пешком). Напротив отеля большой торговый центр с Карфуром. Интересный дизайн. Вкусные завтраки. На первый взгляд кажется, что выкладка небольшая, но блюда обновляются каждый день, поэтому еда не надоедает. Всегда в наличии одно или два горячих блюда, два вида сыра, два или три вида мяса, свежие овощи, йогурты, сыр, мёд, джем, хлеб черный и белый. Радушный приём от персонала. Буквально каждый встреченный человек располагает к себе.
Освещение. Во-первых, при тёмных стенах выбраны маломощные филаментные лампы, поэтому в номере темновато. Во-вторых, в номерах использованы подвесные светильники, лампы в которых свисают на высоту 1,75м от пола. Человеку выше среднего роста приходится постоянно биться головой о достаточно массивную колбу лампы. Если подтянешь лампу к потолку, тогда рядом провод провисает тоже достаточно низко.
