Não tem freegobar quarto e o funcionário do café da manhã foi rude mandou agente sair sendo que estávamos esperando o quarto ficar pronto de uma diária que já havia pago ou seja chegamos atrasados já havia começado a diária e o quarto não estava pronto. E nem a gentileza que nós deixar sentados tiveram! Mandaram agente sair do café e esperar na recepção!

Everything about my experience with the Douglas hotel was exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will most definitely return.
