- Staff are all so friendly, energetic and assistant! - Surprise gifts in the evenings throughout the stay - Free shuttle services taking travellers to the CBD, airport and even elsewhere - When an issue is raised, the staff were able to find a solution swiftly and even gave me a call before I returned to the hotel
We noted the mattress had a dent on one side on day 1, which wasn't very pleasant, but the staff was able to swap it in a short time while we were out on day 2 :)
